Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £32,000pa increasing up to £41,000 + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Thursday – 9:15am to 6:30pm

What you'll be doing as the Sales Executive:

• Speak with customers who have expressed an interest in life insurance
• Identify their needs through effective questioning and active listening
• Recommend suitable protection options
• Handle objections and guide customers through the application process
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver excellent customer service whilst maintaining FCA compliance
