What You Will Be Doing
As an LCV Technician / Van Technician / Light Commercial Vehicle Technician you will be responsible for:
- Performing major and minor repairs to light commercial vehicles to DVSA and manufacturer standards
- Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance services as an experienced Van Technician
- Working with repair teams to help diagnose and plan repairs for vehicles
- Maintaining accurate vehicle records using all appropriate workshop management systems
- Completing relevant documentation, paperwork and warranty claims accurately
- Carrying out wheel alignment and tyre fitting
- Completing customer documentation while working to agreed timescales as an LCV Technician

What You Will Need
To be considered as an LCV Technician, Van Technician or Light Commercial Vehicle Technician you will need:
- Proven experience as an LCV Technician, Van Technician or Light Commercial Vehicle Technician
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI qualification in LCV or HGV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
- Experience carrying out diagnostic and service repairs
- Ability to identify worn and faulty components to DVSA standards
- Full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle classes
