What You Will Be Doing
As a Van Technician / LCV Technician / Light Commercial Vehicle Technician you will be responsible for:
- Performing major and minor repairs to light commercial vehicles to DVSA and manufacturer standards
- Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance services as an experienced Van Technician
- Working with repair teams to help diagnose and plan repairs for vehicles
- Maintaining accurate vehicle records using all appropriate workshop management systems
- Completing relevant documentation, paperwork and warranty claims accurately
- Carrying out wheel alignment and tyre fitting
- Completing customer documentation while working to agreed timescales as an LCV Technician
Pay and Benefits
- £18.00–£20.00 per hour depending on experience

What You Will Need
To be considered as a Van Technician, LCV Technician or Light Commercial Vehicle Technician you will need:
- Proven experience as a Van Technician, LCV Technician or Light Commercial Vehicle Technician
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI qualification in LCV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
- Experience carrying out diagnostic and service repairs
- Ability to identify worn and faulty components to DVSA standards
- Full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle classes
