Sales Executive
Location: Southampton
Salary: Competitive DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm + every other Saturday (8:00am – 12:00pm, reducing as the team grows)
We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a busy, successful team in Southampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys building relationships, winning business and delivering an excellent customer experience. You'll play a key role in managing customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately.
- Manage orders from enquiry through to completion.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and grow accounts.
- Support trade counter sales and face-to-face customer service.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.
Experience needed for the Sales Executive:
- Previous sales or industry experience is essential.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organised and commercially driven.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Good IT skills with experience managing customer data and orders.
