Tru Talent is delighted to be recruiting for a Project Manager to join a growing and well-established property services business based in Bournemouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous site-based experience and a good understanding of general property maintenance who is looking to take ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion.

Working closely with customers, contractors and the wider team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring multiple projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a varied role that combines project management, client communication and operational coordination, with regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities, with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach. Experience within property services, construction or maintenance is highly desirable. Full training will be provided, including opportunities to develop specialist knowledge within damp and property preservation services.

Key Responsibilities of Project Manager:

  • Manage multiple property projects from enquiry through to completion
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources and workloads to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates throughout each project
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Attend site visits to monitor progress, inspect completed work and maintain quality standards
  • Review site reports, photographs and project updates to ensure work meets company expectations
  • Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to minimise delays
  • Manage customer enquiries and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records and internal systems
  • Support the day-to-day operational running of the business where required
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard

What we're looking for from the Project Manager:
  • Previous experience in a Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Contracts Supervisor or similar role within property services, construction or maintenance
  • Practical site knowledge with a good understanding of general building maintenance
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident making decisions and resolving problems independently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and job management systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A positive, proactive and professional approach
