Location: Avonmouth
Salary: £33,600 per year 
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week (Flexibility with start and finish times)

What you will be doing as the Parts Advisor / Parts Sales Advisor / Automotive Parts Advisor:

• Advising internal and external customers on parts requirements accurately and efficiently
• Processing parts orders and ensuring correct components are sourced and supplied as an experienced Parts Advisor
• Working towards monthly KPIs to maximise bonus earnings
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Supporting the workshop team to ensure parts availability and minimal downtime
• Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation

What you will need as the Parts Advisor / Parts Sales Advisor / Automotive Parts Advisor:

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor within a commercial vehicle or automotive environment
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills
• Organised, accurate and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach to sales and customer service
