Basic Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hour working week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automotive Multiskilled Repair Technician to join a busy and professional Accident Repair Centre. This role is ideal for an Automotive Multiskilled Repair Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and has strong experience across multiple areas of accident repair.

As an Automotive Multiskilled Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of vehicle repairs to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities of Automotive Multiskilled Repair Technician:

  • Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs and accident damage repairs

  • Complete panel replacement & filler repairs

  • Carry out mechanical, electrical and trim repairs where required

  • Prepare & Paint vehicles for repair and ensure all work is completed to a high standard

  • Work efficiently to meet agreed repair times and productivity targets

  • Ensure all repairs comply with health and safety requirements and industry standards

  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment

  • Work closely with other technicians, estimators and management to ensure vehicles are repaired correctly

Skills and Qualifications for Automotive Multiskilled Repair Technician:

Essential

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Multiskilled Repair Technician, Multiskilled Technician, Body Repair Technician or similar

  • Strong experience within an accident repair or bodyshop environment

  • Competent across panel, mechanical, electrical and trim repairs

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good understanding of health and safety within a workshop environment

  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  • ATA or IMI qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

  • Experience working to manufacturer repair standards

  • Experience with ADAS, EV/Hybrid vehicles or modern vehicle technology

  • Experience working within BS10125 or PAS 125 accredited environments
