Location: Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire
Salary: £150 – £200 per day
Hours: Monday – Friday – Full Time
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader to join our client’s team, carrying out property repairs, maintenance and improvement works across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
The successful candidate will be confident across a range of trades, take pride in their workmanship and be comfortable working independently and directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities of the Multi-Trader:
- Carry out general property repairs and maintenance
- Complete multi-trade works including plastering, carpentry, decorating, tiling and basic plumbing
- Carry out repairs following water damage, damp and general wear and tear
- Assess jobs and identify any additional requirements
- Complete work to a high standard and within agreed timescales
- Liaise professionally with customers
- Follow all health & safety procedures
- Keep tools and work areas clean and tidy
- Previous multi-trade, maintenance or property repair experience
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
