Salary: £37,000 basic, OTE up to £41,000 Hours: 40 hours per week – Various shift patterns available Location: Kidderminster

What will you be doing?

As our new LCV Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing major and minor repairs to commercial vans
• Carrying out regular inspections and general preventive maintenance services
• Diagnosing and planning repairs for complex technical issues
• Carrying out wheel alignment and tyre fitting
• Maintaining workshop cleanliness and parts inventory
• Maintaining accurate vehicle records using Keyloop/Kerridge
• Completing customer documentation, warranty claims, and relevant paperwork to agreed timescales

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this Light Commercial Vehicle Technician role, you will need:

• A Level 3 qualification in LCV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance (NVQ, City & Guilds, or IMI) — candidates with Passenger Car experience will also be considered
• Experience carrying out diagnostic and service repairs
• The ability to identify worn and faulty components in line with DVSA Standards
• A full, current UK driving licence for the relevant vehicle classes
