Location: Exeter
Hours: 4 on 4 off, 06:30–18:30
Pay: £22.00 per hour

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter to join a busy commercial workshop in Exeter. This HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter role offers a stable 4 on 4 off shift pattern, strong hourly pay and the chance to work on a modern HGV fleet in a clean, well equipped environment. As an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter, you’ll carry out high quality servicing, diagnostics and repairs to DVSA and manufacturer standards.
The requirements for the HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter role:
• Service, maintain and repair HGVs & trailers
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Complete inspections, PMIs and service sheets
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Uphold workshop safety and cleanliness
Experience and Qualifications needed for HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter:
• Experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
• Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification
• Strong diagnostics and fault finding skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
