Location: Wigan,
Hours: Day or night shifts available – 38.5–40 hours per week
Pay: From £40,000 per year DOE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter to join a busy, modern workshop in Wigan. This HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter role offers flexible day or night shifts, strong earning potential, and the chance to work on industry leading trucks within a well equipped, professional environment. As an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter, you will play a key part in keeping customer fleets safe, compliant and on the road.

The Role:
• Service and repair HGVs to industry and DVSA standards
• Diagnose defects and mechanical issues accurately
• Maintain high workshop standards and documentation
• Work collaboratively to meet workshop targets
• Support breakdown repairs when required
• Follow all processes, procedures and safety practices
The Requirements:
• Experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
• Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification
• IRTEC licence preferred
• HGV licence advantageous
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
