Location: Southampton
Salary: £52,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday – Early Shift: 07:00–15:30 | Late Shift: 15:30–00:00

Key Responsibilities of an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
- Service and repair a range of HGVs to high safety and performance standards
- Diagnose faults using diagnostic tools and manual methods
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Work as part of a productive team in a busy workshop
- Ensure all job records and compliance paperwork are completed properly
- Engage in ongoing training and development
Skills and Qualifications for an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
Essential
- Experience working as an HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic
- Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
- HGV Class 1 licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
