Hourly rate: £13.50ph
Hours: Approx. 5 hours per day (flexible between 9am–5pm), Monday to Friday

Overview of Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Assistant to support a busy automotive dealership in Basingstoke on a temporary basis. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for someone with strong finance and dealership experience who is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant:
- Processing daily payments accurately and efficiently
- Cash management and reconciliation duties
- Supporting with general accounts administration
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Using dealership/accounting systems on a daily basis
What our client is looking for:
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (dealership experience desirable)
- Confident handling payments and cash management processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, flexible, and able to commit to the full duration
- Comfortable working independently within a small team environment
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
