Tru Talent is delighted to be working with a well-established travel agency based in Westbourne, who are looking for an experienced Accounts & Admin Assistant to join their friendly team.
This is a varied and rewarding role, based at their Westbourne office, providing essential finance and administrative support across the business to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable supporting multiple teams in a busy environment.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator:
- Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence
- Updating and maintaining the company's internal databases and booking systems
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining and updating financial records and internal systems
- Handling supplier and internal finance queries in a professional manner
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
- Supporting management with ad hoc projects and tasks as they arise
- Liaising with and supporting internal departments where required
- Greeting clients and visitors upon arrival at the office
- Previous experience in an accounts, finance, or administration role (travel industry experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
- Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
- A team player who enjoys working as part of a busy, collaborative team.
