Tru Talent is delighted to be working with a well-established property management company who are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a remote, flexible working basis.
This is a key role within the business, supporting the finance and property teams with day-to-day accounts administration to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator:
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments accurately and efficiently
- Raising sales invoices and supporting credit control processes
- Carrying out bank and account reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end financial procedures and reporting support
- Maintaining and updating financial records and internal systems
- Handling supplier and internal finance queries in a professional manner
- Supporting the wider property management team with general administrative duties
- Liaising with contractors and internal departments where required
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role (property experience desirable)
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
- Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote working environment
