Tru Talent is delighted to be working with a well-established property management company who are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a remote, flexible working basis.
This is a key role within the business, supporting the finance and property teams with day-to-day accounts administration to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator:
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments accurately and efficiently
  • Raising sales invoices and supporting credit control processes
  • Carrying out bank and account reconciliations
  • Assisting with month-end financial procedures and reporting support
  • Maintaining and updating financial records and internal systems
  • Handling supplier and internal finance queries in a professional manner
  • Supporting the wider property management team with general administrative duties
  • Liaising with contractors and internal departments where required
Needed for the role of Accounts Administrator:
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role (property experience desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
  • Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently in a remote working environment
